Mike has been a part of the FBR family since 2012. Starting off as a bar back, Mike worked his way up through the company by taking on the position of Bar Operations Manager for Brazos Hall and later adding Warehouse Manager as well as Logistics & Supplies Supervisor to his FBR resume. In addition to having over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, his attention to detail, effective management of staff, and excellence with on site execution of logistics at festivals promoted him to Festival Director in 2015. Mike is an integral member of FBR. What makes him stand out from the rest… he’s addicted to ranch dressing.
